Do I need to book?
No booking needed — just walk in during opening hours.

No. Minutes never expire.

Yes — minutes are shared between Thorley and Hockerill.

What do I need to bring?
Eye protection is required. Goggles and lotions are available in-store. ID may also be required if you are (lucky) enough to look under 21.

Im new - can you advise me?
Absolutely. Our team will recommend a safe starting time and the best lotion for your skin type.

Do you offer same-day wheel refurbishment?
In many cases yes — it depends on the finish and the level of damage. Send us photos and we’ll confirm turnaround time.

Free customer parking is available directly opposite in Crown Terrace public car park.
Do I Need To Make An Apppointment?
Appointments are not neccesary! Walk in clients are always welcome
Can I Leave My Lotion With You?
Absolutely! We provide name tags for all creams and lotions. Whether they were bought from us or elsewhere!
